Jai Solanki

JAI SOLANKI is enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Telangana state, India. He is a graduate of Commerce and a graduate in Law from Osmania University, Hyderabad. He has a decade of experience in Indian Taxation Laws along with experience in Intellectual Property Laws, MSME Law, and Law on Negotiable Instruments.

As an Advocate, he represents the firm’s clients before Hon’ble Telangana High Court, Hon’ble City Civil Court, Appellate Tribunals, MSEFC Council, and Trade Mark Registry.

His rich experience in various business laws of India he has been able to successfully consult and execute in setting up business in India to various foreign entities. In the year 2022, he won the Bronze Trophy at the ‘Moot Tribunal’ organized by ‘The Telangana and Andhra Pradesh Tax Bar Association’. He is presently reading and analyzing the draft Mediation Bill’2021 introduced by the Government of India in the upper house of the Parliament.
